My name is Marcin Krason and I am a blacksmith artist specializing in custom, hand-forged ornamental iron. I first began practicing in Europe under the guidance of my grandfather. Then I went on to study metal art from high school through university training, earning a Master’s Degree in Art.

Each individual wrought iron design piece is hand forged and shaped with the age old power of intense heat and skilled striking. Hot work allows flexibility and smoothness in bringing together all parts of design, regardless of its style. Once cooled, your metal art is both very strong and utterly elegant in its beauty.

For these reasons, we utilize blacksmithing for our work, choosing it over any other medium.

Marcin Krason is the owner of Krason's Group. They have been in business for over 14 years. They conceive,designing, manufacture and install ornamental wrought iron custom design pieces. They are based in the Chicago area as well as the surrounding suburbs.
